Do you have a complaint?
Within the 2-year warranty period, we are of course liable for material and processing defects.
You can submit your request directly to our customer service department in Bietigheim-Bissingen by e-mail using the following form, including images. We will then inform you as quickly as possible about how to proceed.
As we would like to avoid unnecessary transportation at all costs, we would ask you to only send in items by prior arrangement. An initial appraisal can easily be carried out on the basis of the image material.
Please note that wear and tear such as sole wear or damage to the upper material is not covered by the guarantee.
However, if the sole of your shoe is peeling or crumbling, then the life of the sole has passed. This ageing process is called hydrolysis. For more information about hydrolysis and how to prevent the sole from peeling, click here: HYDROLYSIS
