When can I expect my shoes?
The BÄR team processes all orders as quickly as possible.
Who is responsible for shipping and what does it cost?
We send our goods with DHL / DHL Express. The shipping cost oblique to the receiving country. The costs range is between 14,95 Euro and 40,- Euro. It will be shown during your order process. Here are the shipping costs for all countries.
I would like to return an order. What do I have to do?
The return and its costs are on your own responsibility. You will find detailed information in the cancellation policy.
What forms of payment can I use?
Within the scope of our desired-payment-guarantee, we provide you with following payment options:
Simply write your credit card number, expiry date and security code in the fields provided. You can use Visa, Master Card and American Express. Your credit card will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.

Do I have to pay customs duty for important in Non-EU-Countries?
For orders outside the EU, you will have to pay the costs of customs and, if applicable, taxes or handling fees of the respective country. Please check the local regulations of your country.
