Despite the trade agreement that the EU and Third Countries as United Kingdom (UK), America (USA), Canada (CA) etc. have agreed on, all shipments of goods or returns from these countries must be accompanied by customs documents from January 1, 2021 (CN23). In addition, there is also a need for customs control of the (return) shipment from these Third Countries. For this reason, you MUST enclose the relevant accompanying documents (original invoice and customs form CN23) with your shipments or return shipments from the Third Countries to ensure smooth processing without delay and delivery to us. Please note that we are entitled to charge you for any additional costs incurred due to customs clearance.
Here are the instruction for CN23:
To accelerate customs clearance, you must complete all applicable fields, and fill in English or German language. You must give the sender`s full name and address on the front of the item.
For commercial items, it is recommended that you complete the fields marked with an asterisk (*), and attach an invoice to the outside, as it will assist Cusotms in processing the items.
Select a reason for export -> Return goods Give a detailed description (generic descriptions such as “shoes” are not acceptable), quantity and unit of measure for each article, e.g. “description on the invoice”. Give the weight and value with currency for each article, e.g. Euro. The HS tariff number (6 digits) an mentioned on the invoice. Country of origin. We ask for your understanding and compliance with returns processing.

ORDER
Shopping cart
If you have found a desired product, you can take a closer look at it without obligation by clicking on the product name or the product picture. By clicking the button "Add to cart" you can put the item into the shopping cart. You can see the contents of the shopping cart in the window that opens immediately or by clicking on the shopping cart graphic. You can remove or change the products from the shopping cart by clicking the "X" button or by adjusting the quantity. Editing the shopping cart is also possible by clicking the button "Edit shopping cart". If you want to order the products in the shopping cart, click on the button "To order" in the page "Shopping cart".
Ordering process
In the course of the further order process you have the option to order via your customer account, to create a customer account or to place your order as a guest. In the further order process you enter your address and, if necessary, a different billing address. In the last step you get an overview of your order data under "Check and order" and can check all details again: You can also correct input errors by navigating backwards in the browser or canceling the ordering process and starting over. To complete the purchase, you must accept our General Terms and Conditions and press the button "Order now with obligation to pay".
Order and shipment confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation after you have placed the order. With the shipping confirmation we confirm that your goods have thus been shipped and will arrive in the next few days.
Product requests
As a customer, you also have the option to inquire with the seller about a specific item by phone or by e-mail, fax or letter. After receiving such an inquiry, the seller will submit a corresponding offer to the customer by e-mail, letter or fax.
The BÄR team processes all orders as quickly as possible. We ship our goods from our warehouse in Bietigheim-Bissingen or directly from the stores. For shipments within Germany you should expect up to five days delivery time. For a delivery from our stores you should expect up to one week delivery time.
SHIPPING
BÄR ships the goods internationally. Please make sure that you are in the correct version of the online store when placing your order. The delivery is always from the warehouse in Germany.

RETURN
You have the right to return your order to us within fourteen days without giving any reason. For the repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
We also make returns as simple as possible for you. Simply fill out the return slip enclosed with your order. Stick the included return label on the well-enclosed package and hand it in at the post office. Return shipping and any applicable customs fees must be paid by you.

SUSTAINABILITY
In India as well as in Germany, we generate more than 60% of our own energy needs through renewable energies. Furthermore, our factory in Ambur (India) is equipped with its own wastewater treatment plant for industrial water, which reduces water consumption to a minimum.

The BÄR shoes are now packed in the shoe box wrapped in recycled tissue paper. This way, the shoes do not rub against each other, are protected throughout on the way to your home, and give the entire package an elegant look.
The shipping box is filled with recycled paper. This is certified with the "Blue Angel" and is individually adapted to the size of your order. Here we take great care to use only as much filling paper as necessary. The filling paper can be reused for other purposes or simply disposed of in the paper waste.
