Beneficial clothing for hiking!
Manuel Andrack reports: The most important thing when hiking is the shoes. If they’re not top-notch and comfortable, you can forget the rest. But since we’re all wearing BÄR shoes, we can tick off the “shoes” topic. However, hiking in just shoes isn’t the point—this hobby is called nude hiking. Let’s start with socks. A good sock is essential for your foot to feel comfortable in the hiking shoe and not slide around. I always try to bring a few spare socks. If socks get damp (rain shower, puddle, failed stream crossing), you can end up with terrible blisters.
